1. General Policy
Due to health and safety regulations, vape products are subject to strict return conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used vape products
- E-liquids or consumables once opened
- Products damaged due to misuse
3. Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted if:
- The product is unopened and unused, or
- The product was defective or damaged upon delivery
4. Return Process
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order number and supporting images
- Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless legally required
6. Processing Time
Refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
